Full-Time Ticketing Officers & Check-In Officers
Job Description
Lao Central Airlines is the first privately owned Airlines Company in Laos and would like to provide the opportunities to young youth’s male/female who has an excellent command of the English language to come and join our team.
Ticketing Officers & Check-In Officers – (7 Vacancies)
The main responsibilities & qualifications:
- Ticketing Officers will sell tickets to passengers at various locations assigned by Lao Central Airlines.
- Assist customers with refunds and date/flight changes
- Make sure that the name(s) on the ticket matches the name on a passenger’s identification, and report any suspicious behavior.
- Assist passengers check baggage, issue boarding passes, and ensure that passengers board transportation in an orderly manner.
- Assist passengers who need help boarding, and field questions from those who need directions or have missed their plane.
- Required to have excellent customer service skills and experience
- Able to work quickly and under pressure to minimize delays.
- Check-In Officers are required to check all passports, confirm bookings and possibly change bookings.
- Individuals are required to be of smart appearance, to work in a methodical and organized way
