Demand Planner

Responsibilities:

Leading , developing and implementing effective and efficiency supply chain management process, demand planning forecast
Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports
Evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for demand & supply planning processes and systems.
Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting processes and methods are followed.
Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with Marketing team, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions).
Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.
Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future

Qualifications:

Local Nationality only
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering ,Statistics or related field
Minimum 1-3 years related experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning or any related fields
Knowledge of demand planning process within Consumer Goods Industry is preferable
Strong analytical abilities
Detail oriented & Extreme accuracy
Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
Knowledge of turn rates, key inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions, etc.
Ability to lead cross-functionally.
Good coordinator and able to work very well under high pressure
