Full-Time OFFICE MANAGER – VIENTIANE
Job Description
Travel Indochina is an international, Australian travel company with offices in six countries, and a full network of ground offices in Indochina. We are seeking a full time Office Manager in our comfortable new Vientiane office (in Saphangmor, Vientiane).
This is a senior role which works closely with the General Manager, so pay is senior.
The role will be responsible for:
- Managing and guiding a small team of reservations, product and accounts staff (total 5 staff)
- Managing operations issues in Vientiane and the south of Laos (booking and managing guide, vehicle and local services)
- Handling client enquiries
- Liaison with government on licensing and regulatory matters
- General day to day administration for the company
Please do not apply if you do not meet all of the below requirements:
- Lao National
- Competent at English (written and spoken)
- Experience in an operations or reservations role at another tour operator/ travel business, for at least 3 years
- Travel and travel product experience across Laos
- Excellent at detail
- Competent at Microsoft Excel and Word
- A commitment to quality and professionalism
- A fun person with a sense of energy
